    This is my category for German-inspired recipes.

    My absolute favourite German recipe is for these crusty bread rolls or Brotchen, I make them all the time.  However, a close second has to be these crispy pork knuckles - the crackling is to die for!

    You might also enjoy this delicious bee sting cake.  The filling in the middle of the cake is worthy of a recipe of its own (it's soooooo good).
