    The use of chilli in some of my recipes is to my personal taste only.  I prefer my chilli with a bit of a kick rather than a blow-your-head-off punch.  If you prefer more of a nudge than a kick, please adjust the quantities of chilli accordingly.

    I don't follow the latest diet trends and I don't care how many calories there are in a slice of cake.  I believe that anything in moderation cannot be bad for you.  For this reason, I may not publish nutrition information against every recipe (you can translate this into me being basically lazy if you like).    If you would like to calculate the nutritional elements of my recipes there are many online tools available - www.verywellfit.com is one, but you can google for others.
