    Chicken is one of those ingredients I always have in the fridge or freezer, but that doesn't mean I always know what to do with it. If you're staring at a packet of chicken and wondering what's for dinner, I hope this collection gives you a few ideas.

    I've brought together some of my favourite chicken recipes, from meals you can get on the table without too much fuss, to pies and casseroles that are worth taking a little more time over. Have a browse and see what takes your fancy.

    Whether you fancy a mild, family-friendly curry or something with a bit more spice, there's plenty you can do with chicken. These recipes are some of my favourite ways to turn it into a warming chicken curry supper.

    South African chicken curry is made with bone-in chicken thighs which are simmered in a deliciously spicy gravy until they are succulent and fall-off-the-bone tender! It's packed with carrots, onions and potatoes, and you can make it as mild or as spicy as you prefer!
