Fish and Seafood Recipes

According to the British National Health Service, a healthy balanced diet should contain 2 portions of fish and seafood per week (including shellfish and an oily fish such as salmon).

I've got some super recipes here for inspiration, such as Fish Milanese with a buttery garlic and parsley sauce, Salmon and red pepper pasta salad with corn, and my personal favourite, Seafood a la king with a creamy sauce.

In my previous life, I was an IT Consultant. Now that I've swapped an office for a kitchen I have a lot more time to spend on things that interest me such as trying out new recipes.
