Recipes using cheese

If I've got some cheese in the refrigerator then I'm happy. There's always something you can make with cheese, like this cheesy chicken and vegetable pasta bake or this yummy cheesy turkey fajita bake.

Cheese also makes the best snacks and sides, like these crispy sweetcorn fritters with cheese and these sensational cheese and sweetcorn samosas.

I have to say though, my all time favourite cheese recipe is my easy chicken and mushroom puff pie with a cheesy gougere crust. Scrummy!!!

In my previous life, I was an IT Consultant. Now that I've swapped an office for a kitchen I have a lot more time to spend on things that interest me such as trying out new recipes. Most of my cooking is based around quick and easy meals, and you'll probably find a little South African influence creeping in due to the many years I spent there.
