Savoury Treats

Whether you are just looking for a snack, or whether you want a light lunch, there's bound to be something here that takes your fancy.  Why not try a slice of South Africa Savoury Tart as a delicious mid-morning snack.  Or for something more substanial, a bowl of peri-peri chicken livers with a slice of crusty bread to mop up the juices.

In my previous life, I was an IT Consultant. Now that I've swapped an office for a kitchen I have a lot more time to spend on things that interest me such as trying out new recipes. Most of my cooking is based around quick and easy meals, and you'll probably find a little South African influence creeping in due to the many years I spent there.
