Cakes and Dessert Recipes

Who doesn't love a sweet, gooey dessert after a meal.   Browse through my dessert recipes - there something for everyone.

For something really sweet and sticky try Peppermint Crisp Tart, or for something a bit lighter, what about waffles topped with ice cream. 

If it's cakes you are after, why not try my Chocolate Magic Cake or Easy Coconut Cake.  And of course, who can resist a delicious Chelsea Bun,  fresh from oven and covered with a sticky glaze.

In my previous life, I was an IT Consultant. Now that I've swapped an office for a kitchen I have a lot more time to spend on things that interest me such as trying out new recipes. Most of my cooking is based around quick and easy meals, and you'll probably find a little South African influence creeping in due to the many years I spent there.
